Nobel Prize Winner in 1957
His novel "The Stranger" is the most sold book in France.

died on 4 January 1960 in a car accident. They found an unused train
ticket. He actually planned to travel by train that day. There is a myth about
his death: The car his publisher was driving, was manipulated.
